Minimum Stay
  • Weekends 2 Night Minimum. During our high season, special events, and holidays. Some events have longer stay requirements. Always check reservation system for minimum stay changes. The system will let you know if two night’s stay is active for the dates you have selected.
Payment – Deposit
  • Visa - MasterCard - Cash
  • One Night’s Deposit Charged to Credit Card to Confirm Reservations
  • Other Advance Deposit Policies may apply on Holidays or Special Events.
Cancellations or Date Changes

As a small, independent property, we ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation, change and no-show policy. Please read carefully.

  • 14 Days Prior to Arrival: $20.00 Cancellation Fee
  • 13 Days to 5 Days Prior of Arrival:  No Refund of Deposit
  • 4 Days or Less Prior of Arrival: Charged Full Amount of the Original Booked Stay
  • Other Advance Cancellation Policies may apply on Holidays,  Special Events or Extended Stays.
Check In / Check Out Times
  • Check-In: Between 2 PM and 5 PM. Office closes at 5 PM.
    Note: Please let us know if you are unable to arrive between these hours so we may make arrangements for your arrival.
  • Check-Out:  12 Noon
  • Fees apply for early check ins and late check out when available.
General Policies
  • All Casitas are Double Occupancy - Maximum
  • Not a Clothing Optional Resort (tops and bottoms worn at all times)
  • Hotel is for Registered Guests Only
  • All Casitas are Non-Smoking
  • Designated Smoking Area Provided on the Grounds (no cigars please)
  • NO GLASS OF ANY TYPE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CASITA. PLASTIC IS PROVIDED IN YOUR ROOM.
